Terms of Service

Each bundle price includes the listed Ring equipment, professional installation by a certified installer, and an in-person walkthrough of the Ring app. Custom builds include a flat installation fee shown separately at checkout. We are an authorized Ring reseller and installer; we are not Ring, and Ring's own terms govern the devices and any Ring subscription you choose to buy from Ring.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before tax. Payment is collected at checkout through Stripe. Buy-now-pay-later options, where offered, are provided by third parties under their own terms and approval criteria.

Placing an order reserves your equipment and starts scheduling; your installation date is confirmed by us after payment and is subject to installer availability. You must be present, of legal age, and authorized to permit modifications to the property. Installation assumes standard residential construction, existing wiring where applicable, and working Wi-Fi at the install location. Non-standard work discovered on site may require a revised quote before we proceed.

Cancel before your installation date for a full refund. After installation, equipment may be returned within 14 days in original condition; the installation portion is non-refundable once the work is performed. Our workmanship on mounting and wiring is warranted for one year. Manufacturer defects are covered by Ring's warranty and we will help you file the claim.

When you provide your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from DFW RingPro about your order and installation. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Marketing calls and texts — including calls placed using automated or artificial voice technology — are a separate, optional opt-in that you give by checking the marketing box at checkout. That box is never pre-checked, and consent to marketing is not a condition of any purchase. You may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

You are responsible for complying with applicable law when recording video or audio on your property, including notice requirements for areas where others may have a reasonable expectation of privacy, and for any HOA or landlord approvals required before devices are mounted.

Security equipment reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. We are not a monitoring service and do not dispatch emergency responders. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your order is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss or damage resulting from burglary, fire, or device or network failure.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order governs that order.
